To strengthen our team at the Mockrehna site, we are looking to recruit a full-time Service Engineer (m/w/d) to start at their earliest convenience.
Your tasks
- Your main tasks include the maintenance and repair of production and packaging machines from prestigious firms such as Marel, Meyn and Foodmate
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting of complex production systems using circuit diagrams and analysis software
- Collaboration with our production team to optimise system performance
- You will also assist your colleagues in maintaining the electrical components of our production systems and therefore ensure their availability
- Replacement or repair of defective parts and installation of new parts
- You will be responsible for modifying the individual production, conveying and cooling systems
Your profile
- Qualified electronics technician/electrician/mechatronics technician specialising in industrial or systems engineering or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of process and factory automation, drive technology, pneumatics and hydraulics is an advantage
- Practical experience in the maintenance and servicing of machines and systems, ideally in the automotive industry
- Experience with systems made by Marel, Foodmate or Meyn is welcome
- Experience in the operation of PLC units
- Manual skills
- Teamwork and reliability
- Conscientious and independent approach to work with good personal organisation
- Willingness to work in shifts and at weekends
